About me and my practice
I have trained as an Integrative Counsellor, which means I work with my clients using a range of theories and elements to support the work we do. The main areas of training I have had are in Person Centred Theory, Gestalt, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Seeking help in counselling is often a very difficult step to take. With this in mind, I always work at your pace and with no judgement or 'advice giving'. You are the expert on your life and together we can work to find a way through.
Since qualifying, I have completed Continued Professional Development in Trauma, Domestic abuse, safeguarding, and more. I have just completed a certificate in Integrative Sex and Relationship Therapy and have a particular interest in working with exploration of sexuality, gender, and relationship diversity.
I strive to provide a safe and inclusive space where all are welcome.
Experience
I have experience working within the charitable sector, specifically with people recovering from trauma including domestic abuse and sexual abuse. I also have experience working within a large organisation, with groups and individuals.

Initial Consultation
I am happy to provide a free initial consultation over the phone or online for up to 15 minutes. In this time we can discuss what it is you want therapy for, you can learn how I work and we can decide if we are the right fit!
Fees
Online sessions (50mins) £55
Block of four pre-paid (50mins ea) £200
Payment is due 24 hours prior to sessions to secure your appointment time.
When I Work
I currently have some availability for evening sessions during the week.
